Demolishing homes throughout Topeka

TL;DR The City Council approved $400,000 in demolitions funds this year, and we're using every penny. This blog will be updated with footage from each demolition and background information as they happen. So stay tuned!

  3. The expenses of demolition posted here are just sound prices for a size of structure such as those ones in the pictures. A professional grader can name the demolition costs depending on the method of demolition and composition of structure, presuming the building made of concrete is a bit pricier than the one made of wood.
